What a gift you are to me, to our community, to us all. I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to fit me into your insane schedule to care for me and to send me on the path to healing. I know it is what you do but you are so selfless and incredibly kind as you do it. Thank you. Thank you for everything. It is an honor to know you, a pleasure to be in your company, a privilege to call you a friend.

It is a pleasure to work with Dr. Miller-Smith. She is very attentive, listens, takes your concerns seriously, and responds to them. She is willing to help you make decisions about other specialists when there is a need for another kind of treatment. Most importantly she is accessible and answers questions promptly. She is a joy to work with.
I have been cared for by Dr. Ark on three separate occasions over the past 7 years: once for a broken heel I suffered in an automobile accident, once for surgery to remove a cyst from my finger and, most recently, for surgery to remove a tiny shard of glass from my hand (this was a Workers Compensation case). In all three cases, Dr. Ark’s treatment was excellent. In the office, he took the time to explain the situation and review my x-rays with me. He made both surgeries seem easy all the way from scheduling through the follow up period. I had no complications and healed up with no issues. The amazing thing is that after both surgeries, I never needed to take any of the pain killers he prescribed. I highly recommend Dr. Ark.

First of all, I must say I chose Dr. Nazarian off the web site. That was truly the absolute best thing I could have done. I was very careful to read all of the reviews and, believe it or not, there was only one bad thing noted, so I chose him. I got an appointment and met him the first time and fell in love. I had suffered for so many years with neck and back pain even after having had surgery before. I had surgery on 09/24/2015 and the rest is history. Actually, my whole family loved the doctor. Thank God for sending him to me.
As a physician, I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail that Dr. Vannozzi and the staff at Princeton Hospital demonstrated, making the decision to have an elective hip replacement. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. I could not be more pleased with the outcome as, in a very short time, I was walking without pain. It is truly a life redeeming procedure. Dr. Vannozzi clearly is a superior surgeon. I could not recommend him more highly.
I am now 7 months post surgery. It is amazing to feel this good. I had forgotten what it was like to live without pain. I still forget that I can now reach for the peanut butter on the top shelf effortlessly. My strength is still building, only weak in the rotator cuff. I shot baskets the other day. I played tennis, too. Today was the first time that I could hit the heavy bag confidently, not worried about hurting my shoulder. You do have to go slow. Do not overdo it or you will damage. What was exciting was that after the initial full rest, there were noticeable improvements every few days and that continued slowly for me. Now, I am stronger than I was last week. My flexibility is better in the shoulder that had the surgery than my nonsurgical shoulder. I was lucky to have worked with a very experienced physical therapist. He had never seen a total shoulder replacement like mine. He said that he cannot tell by manipulating me that it is a normal shoulder. By the way, if you wanted to contact him directly, I am sure he would give you some nice feedback; Anthony Jordan, Mountainview PT, Hackettstown, NJ, 908-852-7002. Dr. Abrams is genuinely happy for my improved life. He does not walk around like so many other surgeons that I know. I appreciate how down-to-earth he is. Always smiling. I never felt rushed. Dr. Abrams always gave me as much time as I needed. As for Herb, sorry last name might have been Williams, maybe that says it all. It was a first name basis. I knew without question that I could ask Herb a question anytime. In closing, I have gone back in time. My shoulder has not been this good for at least 10 years.

This is my second experience with Dr. Song and, like the first one, amazing results. He and his staff, especially Ashley Reckdenwald, PA, was great, to say the least! When I came to Dr. Song about my left shoulder (he already did my right one), I already went to a “well-known” doctor closer to me in Neptune. He did some x-rays and basically diagnosed me with having bursitis and to put an ointment on daily and “live with it”! Because of my age, there was nothing to be done, he said! I tried that but the pain was keeping me up at night, so I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Song. He tested me and said that I was in great shape and had a lot of strength there but it seemed odd to him that I have the problem I had, so he advised me to get an MRI to be on the safe side. Upon his findings, he concluded that I had a severe tear in my rotator cuff and that I needed surgery ASAP! This was actually a bit of a shock to both of us because the pain was not the same as my right shoulder. I had the surgery and went to PT and now I am completely free of pain in BOTH of my shoulders and can even swim in the local pool without any problems whatsoever!!! Thanks, Dr. Song, for doing a great job!
I have been a patient of Dr. Song’s for over 3 years. I first started seeing him for shoulder pain in both of my shoulders due to osteoarthritis. He told me he could give me corticosteroid injections to help me with the pain but, in time, I would need to have shoulder replacement surgery. I received the cortisone injections for several years but, in time, they stopped helping with the pain I was experiencing. I then had to decide whether to move forward with shoulder replacement surgery. After talking with Dr. Song several times about the shoulder replacement procedure, he explained to me that the surgery was not as complicated as I had envisioned. I also spoke to Ashley, Dr. Song’s PA, and she had nothing but positive things to say about the procedure which helped with my decision to go forward with the surgery. The office staff was very helpful in helping me set up my preadmission testing and the surgery date. When my surgery was over, I was immediately pain-free. After 10 weeks of physical therapy, I was able to move my arm and my shoulder as I should normally and I was pain-free. It has been just over a year since my first shoulder replacement surgery. I am doing great. I had my other shoulder replaced in January with no regrets and no more pain thanks to Dr. Song.
After having increased shoulder pain and limited use and mobility of my right arm, I had the shoulder replacement surgery performed by Dr. Song. My appointments prior to and after surgery were easily made and the office and nursing staff were always pleasant and helpful. During my appointment, Dr. Song thoroughly explained the surgery he would perform and I felt very comfortable and reassured. After surgery, my pain and discomfort were minimal. I had my arm in a sling for 5 weeks and did my daily exercises as instructed. I then started PT 6 weeks after my surgery 3 times a week for 8 weeks. I am now able to perform all my daily activities and have no pain or discomfort. I am so pleased I had the surgery done and I highly recommend Dr. Song to anyone considering surgery of this kind.
