Princeton Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Orthopaedic Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate is caring, flexible, adaptable, dependable, and treats each member of the team, whether clinical or non-clinical, as a valued part of the team. This position offers the opportunity to work with an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulder care.

Our expert surgeons and PAs work collaboratively to provide outstanding quality to our operative and non-operative patients. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Patient care evaluation and treatment in clinic.
• Shared call and hospital rounding.
• Assist Orthopaedic Surgeon in OR.
• Perform a variety of clinical duties under the supervision of the orthopedic surgeon.
• Seeing patients in the office setting and coordinating the patient care pathway.
• Evaluation of orthopedic diagnoses.
• Able to travel in between the different offices.

Requirements:

• A strong background in orthopaedic shoulder care is preferred.
• Must be caring, flexible, adaptable, and dependable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with expert surgeons to provide outstanding quality to operative and non-operative patients.
• Treats each member of the team, whether clinical or non-clinical, as a valued part of the team.

Salary

$47.00 - $79.00 per hour

Princeton Orthopaedic Associates, a division of OrthoNJ, LLC, is required by New Jersey law to include the pay range for this role. The pay range for this role is typically determined by several factors, including the geography in which the selected candidate will be working, and alignment with qualifications and experience. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation (bonus, etc) and/or benefits.
