We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Workers' Compensation and Motor Vehicle Scheduling/Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointments and ensuring efficient patient flow for our workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident patients. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and coding.
The Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Scheduling/Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments, verifying insurance, and providing exceptional patient service for workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients. This role is essential for ensuring timely care and proper documentation throughout the claims process.
OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $18.00-$29.00 per hour. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, as well as benefits. Eligible full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
